This two day workshop provides new directors, senior executives and managers with the solid grounding in the basics of strategy and develops strategic thinking. The workshop covers the key characteristics of strategy, allowing participants to understand the key concepts of strategic thinking and explore their individual strategic thinking. This understanding is then turned into a concrete plan to improve not only their individual strategic thinking but also gives them confidence in creating a strategic thinking capability within their organisation. The workshop also facilitates participants in creating an action plan to apply their strategic objectives.
