This one day workshop provides new directors, senior executives and managers with the solid grounding in the basics of strategy. The workshop covers the key characteristics of strategy, allowing participants to understand the key concepts of strategic thinking and gain the confidence to identify the opportunities to strategically align their organisation’s capabilities. They will also have the opportunity to create and take back an action plan to apply their strategic thinking.
